PURPOSE: A method for doing e-commerce connecting real estate and furniture via the Internet is provided to do business by searching and buying systematically through connecting real estate letting and furniture sale interactively, and more efficiently to establish office and resident environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for doing e-commerce connecting real estate and furniture via the Internet, is followed below. Via a user terminal, rentals suitable for desired conditions is searched and selected by use of services through information supplied from an operator computer. When recognizing the information, the operator computer draws arrangement of the selected furniture fitted to characteristics of the selected rental, to display the drawing on the user terminal, while guiding set pieces proper to the furniture. When the user searches and selects things suitable for desired conditions by use of furniture services, the operator computer draws an arrangement of the selected things' characteristics, to display the drawing on the user terminal, while guiding a rental proper to the selected things.
