PURPOSE: A two degree of freedom kinetic system apparatus is provided to adapt to a simulated training and a virtual reality game and to smoothly make a slide motion of a upper plate. CONSTITUTION: A two degree of freedom kinetic system apparatus comprises a base(1) functioning as a body; a pair of guide rails(2) fixedly mounted on the base(1) to run parallel with each other; sliders(3) which are inserted into the guide rails and horizontally moves thereon; an actuator(4) for linear movement which is fixedly mounted on the base(1), of which rod is connected to the slider; an upper plate(6) hinged to the slider to be rotatable about an axis(7); supplementary guide rails(10) fixed to the base(1) to run parallel with the guide rails(2); supplementary sliders(9) which are extended from the sliders(3) and inserted into the supplementary guide rails(10); and an actuator(8) for rotational movement which is provided to be connected between the supplementary sliders(9) and the upper plate(6) and forces to rotate the upper plate.
