PURPOSE: A method of performing electronic commerce is provided to promote large quantity of selling and purchasing operations, by supplying a pay and back system for same-last consumer's prices regardless of purchasing orders and purchasing amounts for all individual purchases during a regular sales period. CONSTITUTION: A method of performing electronic commerce comprises the steps of: inducing a corporate business to supply price manuals to customers according to sales amounts on the basis of production costs, normal profits, and total sales; supplying products to the customers with discounted prices than initial selling steps, and loaning margins with no interests; if a regular sales period is finished, making a seller decide a last consumer's price on a standard of total sales amounts; and paying back margins between the last consumer's price and a product charge paid by a consumer to an account of the consumer. |
