PURPOSE: A transceiver for emergency call is provided to transceive to an emergency center for minimizing death and property loss, and quickly to process accidents with a first aid in generating disaster and vehicle disorder on a road. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver for emergency call comprises an incoming inputter(10), an incoming signal generator(20), an emergency signal transmitter(30), a voice transmitter(40), a first amp(50), an emergency signal inputter(60), a controller(70), an emergency medical services voice outputter(80), a second amp(90), and a voice receiver(100). The incoming inputter(10) is inputted an incoming signal, as soon as picking up transceiver(1) of emergency phone setup on a road. The incoming signal generator(20) generates the incoming signal for 2-3 seconds. The emergency signal transmitter(30) outputs an emergency signal, after an output signal from the incoming signal generator(20) passes 2-3 seconds. The first amp(50) amplifies a voice signal of the voice transmitter(40) into a regular frequency band. Through the voice transmitter(40), an accident person calls accident specification in voice. The EMS voice outputter(80) outputs voice of EMS so as to call with the accident person by a signal of the controller(70). The second amp(90) amplifies speaking contents of the EMS voice outputter(80) into a regular frequency band.
