PURPOSE: A power steering device using vacuum booster is provided to improve the fuel consumption and to solve the problem resulted from a hydraulic pressure, by using a pressure difference between atmospheric pressure and negative pressure of surge tank. CONSTITUTION: A power steering device using vacuum booster comprises: an air pressure cylinder (1) to consist of ports of negative pressure (P1, P2, P3, P4) and ports of atmospheric pressure (P5, P6, P7, P8) and to be operated by difference of air pressure; a steering operation part to contain a rack (11), a pinion (10), and a rotary valve (15); a generation part of negative pressure to be connected with lines of negative pressure and parts of negative pressure and to generate negative pressure in the air cylinder; a pilot valve (6) to be mounted on one side of the lines negative pressure, to be connected with the lines of atmospheric pressure through bypass lines (L5, L6), and selectively to open and close the lines of negative pressure by adjusting a position of a valve spool (17).
