PURPOSE: A folding case for mobile-phone which makes possible not to be affected by certain weather, place, and etc., thus improving the efficiency in use of mobile-phone is provided by being comprised of water-proof, moisture proof, adiabatic and elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A folding case for mobile-phone is comprised of a cover area(20) and a body area(10) both made of plastic foam resin, and perimeter area which is made of plastic foam resin, EVA. The upper surface part of the case facing the screen of the mobile phone is cut, then epoxy screen corresponding to the cut screen size and PVC transparent plate is attached forming double layers, for protecting the mobile phone from water or moisture, etc. while making possible to transmit and receive without restriction, even though the mobile phone is completely out from the case.
