PURPOSE: A method for holding a bowling or a billiard tourney nationwide is provided to construct a nationwide infrastructure of the bowling or the billiard tourney by collecting subscriptions from the bowling alleys or the billiard pool halls, and to manage the tourney result or information for the tourney participants over the internet. CONSTITUTION: A bowling or a billiard tourney holding method comprises steps of collecting subscriptions from the bowling alleys or the billiard pool halls as coalition members, an agent company notifying a bowling or a billiard tourney over the internet home page, a participant subscribing in the internet site, the participant receiving an ID card including an id number, the participant registering in a player list by clicking a nearest billiard hall or bowling alley, playing the bowling or the billiard at the alley or the hall, selecting local winners, playing the bowling or the billiard at the alley or the hall nearest between the local winners, and selecting a nation champion.
