PURPOSE: An alarming device using personal communication apparatuses is provided, so that a subscriber can receive and confirm an alarm message through a personal communication apparatus to report an intruder, by sensing the intruder with a sensor. CONSTITUTION: An alarming device using personal communication apparatuses comprises sensors(S400-S404), a signal output circuit(405), a first central processing unit(CPU)(406), a memory(407), a receiving area inputting device(408), a displayer(417), a second CPU(413), a telephone line connector(414), a voice storage read only memory(ROM)(415), and a character storage ROM(416). The signal output circuit processes and outputs signals from the sensors. The first CPU receives the signals to control the signals. The memory stores a receiving area. The displayer displays the receiving area.
