PURPOSE: A method for constructing an Internet shopping mall without using a common gateway interface(CGI), and a method for electronic commerce by using thereof, are provided to implement a shopping basket and order sheet functions by utilizing a buyer computer as information storage needed in shopping. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing the Internet shopping mall without using a common gateway interface(CGI), and a method for electronic commerce by using thereof, comprises the steps as follows. A procedure for constructing a shopping mall comprises the steps of: framing an Internet shopping mall; and storing the Internet shopping mall in a web server. A procedure for purchasing a commodity by a buyer comprises the steps of: connecting to the Internet shopping mall; selecting a commodity and putting the commodity into a shopping basket; confirming the shopping basket; correcting the shopping basket; making an order sheet; transmitting the order sheet; settling a commodity charge; replying to order confirmation requested by a seller; receiving and confirming a result of order processing; and receiving and confirming the commodity. And a procedure for selling a commodity comprises the steps of; collecting commodity information; adding the information to a commodity database; making the commodity information in a web page; storing the web page in a web server; receiving an order sheet from the buyer; adding contents of the order sheet to an order database; confirming commodity charge settlement by using a database; confirming a commodity order by using a database; requesting commodity delivery from a warehouse by using a database; requesting commodity delivery by using a database; transmitting a result of commodity order processing by using a database; and processing account settlement by using a database.
