PURPOSE: A method for electronic trade and marketing by an automatic notifying system is provided to transmit a device, which uses a server device storing, managing and valuating data in server's database, and inputted materials, if a user inputs user information on a WEB through a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A method for electronic trade and marketing by an automatic notifying system, comprises the steps of: inputting requested contents for automatic notification on a domain connected to a network or internet; inquiring marketing and intension for buying goods, by transmitting message to a user terminal on related possible data via the automatic notifying system; retrieving goods, if the user wants to buy, after confirming the message, and exiting if the user wants only to confirm the message; and delivering the goods to a related customer, after certifying and paying, if requested to buy through goods trading request.
