A cellular phone withdrawal service is applied to a subscribed bank or a mobile communication company. An approval of withdrawal is performed by speech to a cellular phone withdrawal service, when the application is completed. Cash is supplied from an affiliated store cooperated with a bank, when the approval of withdrawal is performed. And an account is settled with the affiliated store cooperated with the bank.
