PURPOSE: A display adjustment device and its method for monitor is proposed to minimize time taken for adjusting display in case that PCB(Printed Circuit Board) should be replaced when a monitor is out of order. CONSTITUTION: A display adjustment device is composed of wrong PCB, a monitor with a replaced normal PCB, a PC(Personal Computer) for adjustment, video generator to supply video signal for display adjustment to monitor, and adapter. The PC for adjustment has a program to read and write EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) data, and writes data, which are related to display adjustment and recorded in EEPROM of the wrong PCB, into EEPROM of normal PCB. The adapter is used for enabling data transmission and reception after connecting wrong PCB, monitor, and PC. A display adjustment method is consisted of step of replacing wrong PCB with normal one, step of reading data related to display adjustment recorded in EEPROM of wrong PCB, step of writing the read data into the EEPROM of replaced PCB, and step for verifying whether the repaired monitor works normally or not.
