PURPOSE: A dioxin elimination device is provided which is built in the back edge of a discharge hole in an incineration equipment so that it reduces noxious gases like hydrogen chloride, nitrates, sulfides or so on under controlled figures and it completely prevents dioxin from discharging outwardly. CONSTITUTION: A dioxin is eliminated by the following steps of: (a) a first step which eliminates chloride gas reaction that decomposes dioxin in a reactor; (b) a second which regenerates to organic solid dioxin using regeneration physical character of unreacted gas at the proper temperature; (c) a third which adsorbs and eliminates in a repository of active coal; (d) a fourth which collects scattering heavy metals or dust, solidified dioxin; and (e) a fifth which recirculates an exhaust gas to a certain rate from an exhaust duct to the entrance of a reactor and a repository of active coal to maximize efficiency.
