PURPOSE: A yellow soil apparatus for smoking grilling is provided, to generate smoke during grilling. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus for smoking grilling is prepared by molding the mixture consisting of yellow soil, ceramic and zeolite and firing the molded one at the temperature of 600-700°C. Preferably the ratio of yellow soil : ceramic and zeolite is 4:6. The apparatus comprises a body (1); a grill (7) placed in the body (1); an oil receiver (8) placed in the bottom of the grill (7); and four legs (10) supporting the oil receiver (8).
