PURPOSE: An internet judicial service system and a method of the same are provided for writing a judicial document by a user who does not know a judicial procedure in detail and receiving a low cost judicial service. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clients(11-1, 11-2,..., 11-n) receive a judicial service from a judicial server(13) through an internet(12). The internet(12) provides a communication network capable of implementing a computer communication all over the world. The judicial server(13) is connected through a plurality of the clients(11-1, 11-2,..., 11-n) and the internet(12). If the information is changed, an accident-based link data is read from the accident-based database(16) for thereby selecting one among multiple accident types.
