PURPOSE: A shopping mole server between companies and an electronic commerce method therebetween are provided to decrease a cost for buying and delivering a product, by collecting buy orders from a plurality of internet shopping moles in order to purchase products in the lump with a low price, and delivering the purchased products to each consumer. CONSTITUTION: If a customer logs in a shopping mole server via an internet(901), the shopping mole server displays product information, which is searched by the customer(902). If a purchase order information is transmitted to the server(903), the server requests a payment for the purchase order and the customer inputs payment information(904). The purchase order information is stored in a database(905). The purchase order information collected by the server is transmitted to a company shopping more server(906,907). The collected purchase order information is received and stored in a database(908-910). The ordered products are purchased from an extracted producing company(911). The purchased products are delivered to the customers based on the purchase order information(912).
