PURPOSE: A method for substituting for the subscription and management of members through the purchase and sale of private information is provided so that an intermediator server can sell private information to an internet site company after purchasing private information from internet users. CONSTITUTION: An intermediator web server(100) is connected to an intermediator server(20). A member management DB server(70) managing members is composed of a credit appraisal management module(110) to appraise and manage the credit of members joined in the intermediator server(20) and a member management module(120) to manage the member DB of an intermediator web site. A mileage integral management server(80) comprised of a mileage addition/subtraction module(130), a mileage integral index adjustment module(140) and a mileage integral DB management module(150) carries out the integral management of members' mileage points. A credit appraisal providing site(30) appraises the credit of members joined in the intermediator server(20). Affiliated sites(40-1-40N) consists of a web server(40-1-1-40-N-1), a member management server(40-1-2-40-N-2) and a member information database(40-1-3-40-N-3) respectively.
