PURPOSE: A method for displaying advertisements by using a change of a time difference is provided to maximize an advertisement effectiveness by repeating an advertisement, according to mouse cursor' changes which are diminished to an original state or are increasingly changed, after a predetermined time with clicking the mouse, by continuously exposing various advertisements with short effect sounds to an inside of the changed cursor, through a connection to internet web pages. CONSTITUTION: A method for displaying advertisements by using a change of a time difference comprises the steps of: if a web browser receives a site included an advertisement file, greatly expanding a mouse cursor with a short effect sound, when a predetermined time passes; displaying the advertisement file stored in a computer ram in a changed mouse cursor; turning to an original state of the mouse cursor, when an user clicks and a predetermined time passes; and displaying an another advertisement as the same method.
