PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning piping is provided which treats the scale in the inside of pipe with applying cleaning solution to the pipe, and then rustproof treats in the pipe by applying the rustproof solution. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cleaning piping is composed of container for accommodating cleaning solution to cleaning treatment of the pipe in before and after, pump unit combined the vessel which applies and collects cleaning solution to the pipe, transferring pipe for guiding cleaning solution which the one side is connected the pump unit and the other side is connected pipe, and air applying unit for supplying air intermittently to the pipe which is connected between one side and the other side of transferring pipe. A method for cleaning piping comprises applying step of cleaning solution for cleaning treatment to the pipe, step for supplying air intermittently to promote physical-chemical reaction to the pipe after cleaning solution supplying step, and collecting step of waste cleaning solution from pipe after air applying step.
