PURPOSE: A method for performing electric bulletin board advertisements is provided to publicize the advertisements when netizens utilize the companies publicity of advertisers as companies images, home page publicity, product publicity, and event publicity, by making the netizens enjoy the advertisements using sites, and by implementing electric bulletin board moving pictures advertisements on an initial screen or other screens of a web browser. CONSTITUTION: Advertising files of an electric bulletin board in an internet web browser are operated on a screen initially connected with a site. If a user sets up the advertising files among unlimited moving pictures advertising files to an unlimited time from 0.1 seconds, the advertising files are changed every the unlimited time from the 0.1 seconds. Predetermined moving pictures advertising files are operated as visitors' orders. Advertising files are randomly operated according to time zones and visitors' connecting orders, without an arranged rule. Moving pictures files of a specific advertiser are artificially extended or diminished.
