PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of shading by using an image without a grid regardlessly of the presence/absence of the grid as a gain correction image at the time of correcting a gain. SOLUTION: The image without the grid is used regardless of the presence/ absence of the grid for the gain correction image, and for the gain image, the image processing parameter table of an image processing parameter storage part 44 is referred to from the result of a grid detection means by the control of a preprocessing part 41 and a corresponding gain image is downloaded from an image storage part 43. Similarly, the parameter of a grid elimination processing is controlled by the presence/absence of the grid and a grid kind. The grid elimination processing is performed only in the case of a fixed grid system and is not used in the case of a moving grid system. High-speed photographing is possible for photographing by the fixed grid system, however, since the stripes of the grid exist in the image and obstruct a diagnosis, the grid present in the image is eliminated by an image processing.
