AUTOMATIC SOFTWARE CORRECTION SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic software correction system for an electronic device which updates the firmware in operation and immediately change functions without causing hindrance to the operation. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a correction timing indication block 6 which includes in data for correction correction timing indication data for indicating the start timing of automatic correction of software of an electronic device 3 to a correction control block 2 and indicates the timing of the correction according to the correction timing indication data. Consequently, when the functions of the device 3 are changed, the correction can be made when there is not hindrance to the operation while the device is in operation.
