PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to give heat-proof characteristics in using with atmospheric heat at high temperatures or under high-temperature atmosphere. SOLUTION: Fluorine resin represented by polytetrafluoroethylene with high heat-proof temperature, namely a high melting temperature, or halogenide of polyolefin-based resin is applied to a separator in a base element of a capacitor. Then, heat-proof usage with atmospheric heat at high temperature or under high-temperature atmosphere in a re-flow soldering method can be realized during the mounting on a circuit board. |
