摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure fluidity whereby a medium can be in a dry state of a level not losing a stability at the time of preservation and the medium can be solated and generate an agglutination reaction at the time of analysis, by mixing a non-fluid substance as a medium with an immobilized marker carrier. SOLUTION: A medium holding a marker carrier having a specific bonding substance bonded thereto is a non-fluid substance by itself and increased in fluidity by a solation agent to generate a carrier agglutination reaction. According to the analysis method, a water test body including a substance to be tested is brought in contact with a coat of anon-fluid substance medium 12 (referred to as a non-fluid medium hereinafter) in which the marker carrier having the specific bonding substance to the substance to be tested is dispersed and held. Simultaneously with this or before this, the solation agent is brought in contact with the coat to enhance fluidity of the non-fluid medium 12, thereby generating a field for the agglutination reaction. The solation agent may be preliminarily mixed with the water test body and brought in contact with the non-fluid medium coat together with the substance to be tested. Alternatively, a water- permeable layer may be overlapped on the non-fluid medium coat and the solation agent may be included in the water-permeable layer 14.
