PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit all radio slave machines under the control of a radio control exchange to share same date/time data by making an opportunity for updating information which individual radio slave machines hold to be irregular with an opportunity which the radio slave machines decide or an opportunity which an information managing device decides. SOLUTION: Date/time data supplied from a maintenance terminal 301 are transmitted to a radio control exchange 302 with serial data. The radio control exchange 302 stores received date/time data. It becomes the basis of data operated by a cable telephone set operated by the control of the radio control exchange 302. All management information are managed by date/time data. The radio control exchange 302 rewrites existed date/time data on a real time basis whenever an instruction from the maintenance terminal 301 is given. The radio control exchange 302 simultaneously transfers date/time data to all the radio base stations 303 connected to the exchange by using a cable line.
