摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate window contamination and measurement errors even when a piping temperature decreases by substituting a fluid to be measured in the piping including a window with a fluid which does not contaminate the window in a non measurement state. SOLUTION: On the measurement, three-way valves MV1 and BV6 are opened while the others are closed, so that a heavy oil is sent from a sample inlet 23 to a recovery tank 24 through the valve MV1 to an analyzer body 12 to the valve BV6. In a cleaning mode after the measurement, a kerosene in a kerosene tank 20 is sent to the tank 24 through a flowmeter 15 to a three-way valve MV3, to a stop valve MV5, to the valve MV1 and to the analyzer body 12. A predetermined time later, the air is introduced from an air source 22 through the three-way valve MV4 into a piping and sent in the same route as the kerosene. As a result, the air enters the piping filled with the kerosene and bubbles, thereby removing a deposit (pollutant) adhering in the piping including a window. The kerosene and air are repeatedly introduced until the deposit is detached, thereby cleaning the piping. Thereafter, the BV6 and MV5 are closed, thereby shutting the kerosene in the piping including the window of the analyzer body 12. The window is accordingly prevented from being polluted even when a temperature decreases in a non measurement state.</p>
