PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter/receiver for interleave transmission that can continue consecutive service interrupts, even under an environment where the service may be interrupted due to strong rainfall attenuation. SOLUTION: On a transmitter side, a means 2 that adds an interleave control signal of a proper form to data to be sent for a time period sufficiently longer than a transmission interrupt time caused by attenuation due to rainfall or shade behind a building and conducts interleaving is arranged, and on the receiver side, a means 8 that conducts inverse interleaving for received data at the same time period as that of the transmitter side is arranged so as to distribute a consecutive code error caused by the interrupt of transmission of a propagation path to the interleaving time period, thereby enhancing error correction effect.
