PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a wasteful space in a generator for attaining a thin structure by dividing a pole tooth part into blocks, bringing pole teeth in a block into close contact with stator coils which are parallel and adjacent to each other, and back-yoke coupling the pole teeth in a block at the end part on the counter side of a stator pole. SOLUTION: A plurality of stator poles 227 are formed at a stator 22 so as to face through a magnetic air-gap of substantially the same size around the outer periphery of a permanent magnet 212. The poles of a pole teeth 223 are disposed on the internal diameter side of the stator with substantially isometric spacing like the stator poles 227 and so as to face simultaneously through magnetic air-gaps having the same size as those of stator poles 227. With a plurality of pole teeth 223 adjacent to each other divided into blocks in a stator 221, each one of which has at least 4 pole teeth 223 having a pole at one end and they are aligned substantially in parallel. The end parts on the opposite side of the poles of the pole teeth 223 are coupled by means of a back-yoke 224.
