PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate machine screw with washer, to reduce a component cost and man-hour and to improve CRT holding strength by fitting and attaching the metal fitting of CRT to recessed grooves on the left and right side wall inner surfaces of a front cabinet. SOLUTION: After fitting the metal fitting of the CRT to the recessed grooves 1c and 1d formed on the inner surfaces of left and right side walls 1a and 1b, a rear cabinet 5 is fixed to the front cabinet 1 with the machine screws at upper, lower, left and right four parts so as to close an upper open part 1f with a projected planar part 5a. In the state of being attached to the front cabinet 1, plural holding ribs 1e are abutted to the curved surface of a CRT outer surface and perform holding. Since attachment to the front cabinet 1 is performed by fitting the metal fitting of the CRT, the machine screw with the washer is abandoned and the component cost and the man-hour are reduced. Further, at the time of attaching the CRT to the front cabinet 1, since the CRT is held by the plural holding ribs 1e, the holding strength is improved.
