PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generative factor of faulty parts, by starting a driving source when the coincidence of determined polarities is realized and a starting switch is closed, and by cutting off the lead wire of an electronic part in a constant length from its main body through the cooperation of a movable blade with a fixed blade. SOLUTION: By contacting a polarity determining circuit 36 with an inserted lead wire 5 of an electronic part 4 into the insertion hole of a part putting-on base 2, whether the polarity of the lead wire 5 coincides with the one of the hole or not is determined. When the coincidence of the polarities is realized by closing a starting switch 10, a driving motor 12 of a driving source is started to begin the cutting operation of the lead wire 5. By applying a current to a relay coil 11b of the polarity determining circuit 36, a relay contact 11a is closed. Also, by starting of the driving motor 12 caused through closing the starting switch 10, a cutting mechanism 13 is operated. Further, by the cooperation of a movable blade 15 with a fixed blade 14 in the cutting mechanism 13, the lead wire 5 of the electronic part 4 is cut off from its main body 4a in a constant length. |
