PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work man-hour in manufacturing method of simple printed wiring boards to enable the mass production by tapering closed blind holes at obtuse angles between their bottom faces and wall faces and forming a metallic film on the inner faces of the holes as smoothly curved faces. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board with blind holes is made by laminating an insulative base, an adhesive film with Cu foil and one-sided Cu-clad laminate board so that the blind holes are tapered at obtuse angles between their bottom faces and side faces, setting jigs with projections or a cushion material as a jig on the top outside of the adhesive film with Cu foil, heating and pressure- compressing them, forming a metal film on the inner faces of the blind holes as smoothly curved faces, and mounting photo-detecting sensor elements in the blind holes. The blind hole may be a conical hole with a vertex angle of cone at the bottom face and the inner face of the blind hole is made of a mirror-surfaced metallic film. |
