PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectifying converter which is less in loss and the efficiency of which does not change much even when the input voltage fluctuates. SOLUTION: A synchronous rectifying converter outputs a DC voltage by converting an input DC voltage into an AC voltage by means of a switching element 12, impressing the converted AC voltage upon the primary winding of a main transformer T, and then, rectifying and smoothing the voltage fetched from the secondary winding of the transformer T by means of an FET 12 for synchronous rectification, another FET 13 for commutation, an output chock coil L1, and a capacitor C1. The converter is provided with an inversion circuit 20 which inverts the signal impressed to the gate of the FET 12, and a connecting means which connects the signal inverted by means of the circuit 20 so that the signal may be impressed to the gate of the FET 13.
