PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of backup current for holding reading bar code information accumulated in a memory, to reduce the power consumption and to prolong the operation time when work is executed at a place where a wireless communication means cannot be used or when work is once interrupted in a cableless bar code reader which executes wireless communication with an outer unit and is driven by a battery. SOLUTION: A sensor part 5 converting information printed by a bar code into an electric signal, a micro processor 6 reading bar code information from the output from the sensor part, EEPROM 7 accumulating information which the micro processor 6 reads and a wireless communication means 11 which transmits EEPROM 7 to an outer unit with a wireless. |
