PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device minimizing power consumption in a standby state by using only the charges stored in a capacitor of a large capacitance of a built-in power supply section so as to receive a remote control signal at all times. SOLUTION: A power supply section 2 for supplying power for a remote control signal detection section 15, in a standby state which mainly consists of an electric double layer capacitor. When a charged voltage of the electric double layer capacitor reaches a prescribed voltage (2.5 V), a 3-terminal Zener diode is conductive to open a relay contact or the like and to stop charging. When the electric double layer capacitor is charged up, a DC/DC converter outputs a stabilized voltage to charge a charging capacitor and a large capacitance charging capacitor, so as to arrange the system to supply power to an electronic circuit and a relay coil or the like. When the voltage of the electric double layer capacitor drops down to about 1.5 V, the relay contact is closed to charge the electric double layer capacitor again. |
