PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize extremely simplified replacement of a ring type oil seal by mounting a removable ring type housing of the shape larger than the ring type oil seal to the external circumference side of the ring type oil seal via a fitting screw. SOLUTION: At the external circumference position of a rotating shaft 4 in a through hole 5, a ring type oil seal 6 is provided, while at the external circumference side of the ring type oil seal 6, a removable ring type housing 10 larger than the diameter of the ring type oil seal 6 is installed with a fitting screw 11. The ring type housing 10 is located within the through-hole 5 to hold the ring type oils seal 6. Therefore, when the ring type oil seal 6 is deteriorated, the ring type housing 10 can be removed from the through-hole 5 by loosening and removing the fitting screw 11, thereby removing the ring type oil seal 6 easily.
