PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and compactify a ticket issuing machine, to reduce the cost and also to secure a smooth and stable operation by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The overlapped tickets entry prevention device 1 is provided with a displacement amplifying mechanism part 4 having a displacement amplification lever 3 where a downstream side end part 3f is displaced by the thickness of a ticket inserted from the outside of a ticket issuing opening 2 and the displacement of the part 3f is also amplified to displace an upstream side end part 3r by being arranged on this side of the opening 1 in a ticket issuing direction and being supported by a spindle 3c in a seesaw shape, a position sensor part 5 which detects the displacement of the part 3r of the lever 3 and a processing part 6 which performs entering prevention processing to the ticket according to detection results of the part 5.
