PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film unit with lens capable of easily and surely attaching a back cover to a unit main body and being used plural times. SOLUTION: This film unit is provided with a unit main body 1 having a photographic image frame part for forming a photographic image plane by exposing unexposed film by a photographing lens, an unexposed film chamber 1b which is arranged on either side in the case of putting the photographic image frame part in between, in which an unexposed film roll is previously housed in a production stage and whose one part of a base, at least, is opened and an exposed film chamber 1c which is arranged on the other side in the case of putting the photographic image frame part in between an in which exposed film is housed, and a back cover 4 capable of opening/closing the back surfaces of the chambers 1b and 1c; and the cover 4 is constituted by integrally molding at least a base cover part 4e for covering the base of the chamber 1b, a shaft part or a bearing part 1d so that the cover 4 is pivotally supported in the main body 1 and an engaging part for maintaining the cover 4 in a closed state.
