ELECTRIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND CALL PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the method for waiting for a call in the telephone communication environment of a packet base by permitting one and more queues to receive a call transferred from one and more telephone communication equipment and re-transferring the call to one and more telephone communication equipment when the call satisfies one and more conditions. SOLUTION: A queue server 110 contains plural queues 111a-111c. Queue aliases are allocated to the respective queues 111a-111c and they receive calls from the other H.323 terminal/equipment. Namely, the respective queues 111a-111c are the callable end points of H.323, which have one and more registered aliases. The respective queues 111a-111c are defined by one and more destination aliases that they respectively service. When a user desires waiting for a hunt group, the queue 111 is constituted and it can be transferred if need.
