<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sealing panel device having a high degree of vacuum in a space between two panels, and having little three-dimensional restriction in assembling a final product, and a manufacturing method of the sealing panel device with excellent mass productivity. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a first panel 11 and a second panel 12 arranged oppositely, and a lid part 40. The first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are bonded on the peripheral part by using a sealing member 20a. An opening part 13 is formed on at least one of the first panel 11, the second panel 12 and the sealing member 20a, and the opening part 13 is closed by the lid part 40 bonded to the panel by an adhesive layer 30 comprising low melting-point metal material. The space enclosed by the first panel 11, the sealing member 20a, the second panel 12, the adhesive layer 30 and the lid part 40 is vacuum (VAC).</p> |
