摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract high-temperature exhaust heat and low-temperature exhaust heat each having a level capable of operating a two-heat-source drive type absorption refrigerator by effectively recovering heat from exhaust gas and exhaust heat from a cell body. SOLUTION: This plant is equipped with: a fuel cell body 1 for feeding fuel gas to a fuel electrode and air to an air electrode and generating power by means of the electrochemical reaction between them; a reformer 3 for producing reformed gas and feeding it to the fuel electrode; an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 19 for recovering the exhaust heat included in fuel exhaust gas exhausted from the reformer 3 and air exhaust gas exhausted from the air electrode as hot water; a cooler 10 for cooling the cooling water 7 for cooling the fuel cell body 1; a steam separator 8 installed at the exit of the cooling water of the fuel cell body and separating the cell cooling water into steam and water; and a two-heat-source drive type absorption refrigerator 21 operated by feeding the hot water recovered in the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 19 and heated in the cooler 10, and the steam from the steam separator 8.
