PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a more realizable optically rotating optical element panel of a low cost and high performance. SOLUTION: This process has a stage for providing the center of a first substrate 11 with a first circular transparent electrode 13, further providing the outer side thereof with an annular transparent electrode 15, providing the same with a first lead-out electrode 16 to the annular transparent electrode 15 and outer terminal, providing the position adjacent thereto with a third first lead-out electrode 21 and a second circular transparent electrode 18 connected thereto, providing the surface thereof with an alignment layer and subjecting the layer to an alignment treatment, a stage for providing the surface of a second substrate 12 with a third circular transparent electrode 20, further providing the same with a second lead-out electrode 17 connected thereto, providing the same with the alignment layer and subjecting the layer to the alignment treatment, a stage for dispersing gap materials 26 and a stage for providing the top of the second circular transparent electrode 18 and the second lead-out electrode 17 with a conductive adhesive material 19, then superposing the same. |
