PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a link and switch page description language data with high precision through vocal operation even when there are many links. SOLUTION: A language analysis part 107 analyzes a link character string by receiving link information from the page description language data analysis result of a page description language analysis part 102 and generates a recognition dictionary 108 consisting of the HIRAGANA (cursive form of Japanese syllabary) and vocabulary number of the character string and a recognition table 109 wherein the correspondence between the vocabulary number and the link destination of the link information is described. A speech recognizing process part 112 converts input voice data into a HIRAGANA word and compares it with registered words in the recognition dictionary 108 to obtain recognition candidate with determinacy. A recognition decision part 113 selects one vocabulary number whose determinacy is larger than a prescribed value from the recognition candidates and obtains the corresponding link destination from the recognition table 109, and instructs a page description language input control part 101 to input the page description language data of the link destination.
