PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make utilizable a device generating position information such as a navigation device when the device is mounted on a vehicle in an emergency report system terminal device which is mounted on the vehicle and transmits data such as the current position information of the vehicle and a registered vehicle to a center controlling an emergence report system such as the police and an emergency report center in emergency such as a traffic accident and a sudden illness. SOLUTION: The emergency report system terminal device is divided between a position detection unit 1 which generates position information and an emergency report communicating unit 2 which generates emergency report transmission information on the basis of the position information and electrically connects the both of them by a connecting cable 10 in an attachable and detachable way. The unit 1 is provided with a GPS receiver 11 acquiring the position information of a vehicle and has a gyro sensor 13 detecting the travel direction of the vehicle.
