PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for advertisement which can stretch an advertising surface made of tent cloth with a considerable weight over a stretching frame firmly, surely and easily. SOLUTION: A stretching frame is connected for opening/closing to a rectangular box-shape main frame 1. A peripheral 101 of an advertising surface made of tent cloth (heavy cloth) 100 in a sheet from is latched slack to the opening formed by a four-edge frame of the stretching frame 1. A tensioning metal 50, inserted externally from the top winds in the slack part and a metal part having spring function provided by tightening the tensioning metal 50, is attached threaddably to the frame. As a result, the advertising surface made of the tent cloth (heavy cloth) 100 is clamped by a frame latch and a metal latch and is fixed pinchedly by the frame and the tensioning metal 50 to stretch.
