PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus assembled in a short time by interposing lugs extending to connecting positions of a lower case with an upper case in both ends of a yoke and cushion boards in grooves of a line board formed into U shape. SOLUTION: Through holes 30A are board in a liner board 30, lugs 26 of a yoke 24B and cushion boards 29 are temporally fixed by the U-shaped liner board 30, and the liner board 30, the cushion boards 29, and the lugs 26 of the yoke 24B are fitted in a fitting part 23B to penetrate a lock screw 27 through the through hole 30A in the upper part of the liner board 30, through hole 29A of the upper cushion board 29, a cutout 26A of the lug 26, a through hole 29A of the lower cushion board 29, and the lower through hole 30A of the liner board 30 in this order as shown by a dotted arrow, and the shaft tip of the lock screw 27 is threaded into a threaded hole 23A of the fitting part 23B. A upper case is mounted on the lower case 23 and the case are threaded with each other. The number of components for the liner board 30 is reduced so that the assembling time for the components in the fitting part 23B is shortened.
