PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit parts as high speed without being affected by thermal expansion. SOLUTION: A plurality of nut members 27 with thickness being slightly larger than that of a rail 28 are mounted to the outer periphery of a rotary table 21, and a head elevation table 26 is mounted to a pair of rails 28 being slid and moved to the nut member 27. The elevation table 26 rises and falls according to the elevation of the nut member 27, and a fitting head 23 being mounted to the table 26 rises and falls for fitting chip parts 300 to a printed- circuit board 79. When the head elevation table 26 is used as an aluminum group composite material, is allowed to rise and fall at high speed, and is subjected to thermal expansion, the pre-load of the nut member 27 made of stainless steel and the rail 28 is made to prevent from leakage. |
