<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share one SDH path in plural communications and to effectively and efficiently use a band by multiplexing packets or cells in the SDH (synchronous digital hierarchy) path. SOLUTION: A common SDH path 20 passes through four points A, B, C and D and it constitutes a multi-access transmission device. When transmission is executed from the four points A, B, C and D to the other arbitrary points, packets are multiplexed in the common SDH path 20 and one SDH path 20 is shared in plural communications. Thus, communication between A and B, communication between A and C, communication between A and D, communication between B and C, communication between B and D and communication between C and D can be executed only through one SDH path 20. Thus, communication between two arbitrary points among the plural points can be executed by preparing only one SDH path 20.</p> |
