PURPOSE: A complex material panel is provided to be variously used by combining transforming property of a plastic material with natural property of a processed lumber. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement material(10) is embedded in hollow parts of a hollow panel(2) and many processed lumbers(3) are arranged on a front layer and a rear layer. Also, a joining iron(9) joins the processed lumber and the reinforcement material. The hollow panel is an extrusion made of a plastic material and the thickness, width and length of the panel are variable. The processed lumber is made of a natural lumber and produced in various section shapes.
