PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance and inspection workability of an operation part by projecting a part of a plurality of operation parts touching/releasing a contact part from one side of a support base for independently supporting a plurality of vessels storing the contact part and detachably attaching a casing covering respective operation parts to the support base. SOLUTION: A three-phase vessel 2 is independently supported by a three- phase support 3 so that the central axis of the three-phase support 3 can be easily set to approximately parallel, for example, using an adjustment plate irrelevant to the dimension error of the support 3, or a welding structure. A three-phase operation part 4, whose whole body is not stored inside the three- phase support 3, has one part projected outward than one side of the support 3 so that the three-phase operation part 4 can be easily attached to the three- phase support 3 without using any specific attachment jig, etc. Where implementing maintenance and inspection works of the three-phase operation part 4, the three-phase operation part 4 is easily maintained and inspected by just detaching one casing 6.
