PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the resonance of a rolling mode employing a simple constitution in an objective lens driving device used in an optical disk recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: A tracking driving force is resolved into two parts by arranging two magnets 2a and 2b vertically. The magnets 2a and 2b operate on a movable body while sandwitching the center of gravity of the body so that the resonance of a rolling mode caused by the off-centered gravity of the body is suppressed. Moreover, for a thinner type objective lens driving device, the off-centered gravity of the body is compensated for and the resonance of the rolling mode is suppressed by varying the strength of the magnetic field of the magnets and the rigidities of the wires and a damper material.
